Novera Home Care is currently completing the North Carolina home care agency licensing process. Services are not yet available. Families may join our priority list to be notified when we launch.

Novera is planning to offer non-medical home care services such as companionship, personal care assistance, and homemaker support. Novera does not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, or clinical care.

Launch timing depends on completion of the North Carolina licensing process. Families and caregivers who join our priority list will be among the first contacted when services become available.

Payment options, including any Medicaid participation, have not yet been finalized. Details will be shared as licensing and launch planning progress.

Novera plans to serve the Charlotte metro area and surrounding communities, including Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Ballantyne, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Waxhaw, Indian Trail, Monroe, Concord, and Harrisburg, subject to licensing and operational availability.
